1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ph8app platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph8app accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. ph8app reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on ph8app is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used. ph8app reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on your account. ph8app does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending KYC review.

4.4 Processing Times

ph8app aims to process e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) within 5 to 15 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. ph8app is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on ph8app are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph8app does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ph8app offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.

5.4 Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ph8app reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Availability

6.2 Random Number Generation

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

6.4 Disconnection Policy

If you are disconnected from ph8app during an active game round, the game will continue according to its programmed rules. ph8app is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnection due to internet connectivity issues on your end. It is your responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection while playing.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph8app and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph8app platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of ph8app or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ph8app solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph8app's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph8app account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph8app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of ph8app, even if ph8app has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph8app does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph8app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

ph8app collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on ph8app, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph8app implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and ph8app cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

12 Account Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your ph8app account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

Your continued use of ph8app following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using ph8app and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of ph8app, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
